Before any submission moves to e-sign, Compass reviews uploaded quotes and flags coverage issues — material differences, missing forms, language that affects how a claim is paid. Flagged issues require the user to acknowledge and accept before continuing. Every acceptance is logged with who did it and when.
Compass handles the submission workflow. It does not replace your agency management system or your carrier portals. Data fields are copyable into your existing systems. Documents export as standard PDFs. Login is per-user with admin visibility across the agency.
